At Little Hummingbird we want you to be more than happy with the items you have purchased from our store. If you have a question regarding sizing, please head to the sizing guide tab prior to making your purchase. Help, I ordered the wrong size!

We happy to exchange a product for one of a different size, provided we have one available in stock. All returns must be sent back in their original condition, with tags attached, and be unworn/unused. A store credit will be issued if we cannot offer a size exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

For exchange inquiries, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number. Please ensure items are returned via courier, as we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for product exchanges. The cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for a return form.

Please note: we do not accept exchanges on clearance or sale items, so please choose carefully.

Oh no, I received the wrong item/size!

We take special care to make sure that this does not happen. If for some unlikely reason you have received the wrong item or size, please contact us so we can arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately.  We we will cover all shipping return costs.

Dangit, my item is faulty!

We personally check all items thoroughly before being packaged and sent to you, however if a fault is found, please contact us to allow us to resolve the issue. We are happy to offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or full refund for faulty items.

All claims are subject to our discretion. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
